SESSION AGREEMENT 

PHOTO SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 30 minutes of shooting time

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable but reservations fees are transferable if a data change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements of cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge. 

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. 
Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. 

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of ValentineImagez, LLC. 

CLIENT'S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital/prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said digital/prints or authorize any reproductions. (ETC.)  

REFUND POLICY: Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

RESERVATION FEE: $100.00 TO BE PAID AT TIME OF BOOKING
